At Infinity Infra, we value transparency and trust in all our transactions. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Token Payment
Once a token payment is made to confirm your interest in a property or project, it is considered non-refundable. The token payment serves as a commitment from the buyer to proceed with the registration process.

2. Final Registration
After the token payment is made, the buyer must complete the final registration process within 30 to 45 days. Delays beyond this period may result in forfeiture of the token payment and cancellation of the transaction at the discretion of Infinity Infra.

3. No Refund Policy

• All payments made, including the token payment, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Buyers are advised to carefully review all project details, agreements, and financial commitments before proceeding with the payment.

4. Buyer’s Responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure timely coordination for document processing, approvals, and other formalities required for completing the registration within the stipulated time frame.

5. Exceptional Cases
While refunds are generally not permitted, Infinity Infra may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptions in rare situations involving unforeseen circumstances. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be final.
